“This is your body, your greatest gift, pregnant with wisdom you do not hear, grief you thought was forgotten, and joy you have never known.”
- Marion Woodman
I believe women carry extraordinary strength, wisdom, and resilience.
MY BELIEFS
Women possess powerful intuition, emotional depth, creativity, and the capacity to endure and adapt in remarkable ways. Yet these gifts are often minimized, overshadowed, or questioned — by cultural expectations, systemic pressures, medical experiences, trauma, and sometimes by our own inner critic.
I believe healing is not about “fixing” what is broken. It is about rediscovering what has always been there.
So many women have learned to disconnect from their bodies, silence their needs, or shrink themselves to meet the expectations of others. My work is rooted in helping women reconnect to their inherent worth, rebuild trust in themselves, and reclaim their voice.
Your story makes sense.
Your coping strategies once served a purpose.
Your body holds wisdom.
You deserve care that honors your full complexity.
Strength and vulnerability can coexist.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, trauma, disordered eating, body image concerns, life transitions, or the emotional impact of medical diagnoses, you are not broken — you are responding to experiences that deserve compassion, curiosity, and understanding.
At the core of my practice is this truth: women are not meant to simply survive. We are meant to live fully, embodied, and empowered.

MY APPROACH
I strive to understand and address the full person - mind, body, and spirit.
It’s often easier to identify the assets and liabilities of others, but difficult to recognize them within yourself. As you therapist, I will be there to “hold the mirror up,” in order to identify what you want to change, why, and most importantly how.
WHAT BEING A THERAPIST MEANS TO ME
I consider it a privilege to walk beside people on their healing journeys.
I know that therapy can lead to many positive outcomes, but I also understand that the process can be scary and uncomfortable at times. For this reason, I hold a deep respect for my clients and their courage and commitment.
